Get a QWERTY cell phone no contract, unlocked phone and use it as prepaid. Simple is not it? If you unlocked qwerty phones / no contract, you can message me or talk on Yahoo! Yahoo is ybhattdp@yahoo.com

T-Mobile and AT & T has paid in advance. You have to buy the phone for full price, but if you find've not used. T-Mobile is a little cheaper as a rule, if you will, one chooses a Sidekick and Sidekick plan. Good luck! =)

Although in my country (Australia)
You can get the LG Web Slider with Optus, for $ 179 MSRP
Even if a few of my friends have, it does not work anymore
If you buy one, I highly recommend getting a warranty

Virgin Mobile has one, I've had in the past, and the prepaid service is also very reasonable, and you can get free air time studies as 2 minutes.
